API/s to use as triggers for loyalty flow emails (voucher earnt, tier expiring, points expiring, birthday, tier earnt) Ability to design blocks in emails that show points balance + current tier (pulled through from roadmap loyalty) -

Be able to export reports on: customer spend by tier points liability average spend per tier redemption rates customers opted in to the loyalty programe (entry date, details, tags, spend)

Can the tier of a customer be calculated by spend, and not points? or have the options to choose either?

choose what collections coupons/points can be spent on, so that vouchers cannot be spent on our chosen collections

choose what collections can earn points, so that chosen collections earn points. Would also be good in the instance of running a double loyalty promo on X product

Earn loyalty points for actions, such as follow us on X social account (must be able to do multiple social media platforms) custom actions (could be scan a QR code when they visit a store) when a loyalty card is downloaded when signing up for SMS

Ability for loyalty customers to view and redeem vouchers directly in the subscription portal. This is currently a Yotpo feature that customers use a lot
