follow us on X social account (must be able to do multiple social media platforms)
custom actions (could be scan a QR code when they visit a store)
when a loyalty card is downloaded
when signing up for SMS

Hi Abi Barnes - when it comes to social follows, there is no way to verify the follow 100% - which is why we havent done this - are you comfortable with this not being 100% verified? If so, then we can add and have it as an option for brands.

Alex Murton i think in yotpo, it works when the customer clicks the link to our social (not fully verified either) so yes, comfortable with this. The key would be to make sure this is a one time action, so people can't keep clicking the link.
