We'd love the ability in the subs app to see account activity timeline/history. eg when a customer goes into their account and makes changes, when admin make changes, when they skip an order, add a product, billing failure etc. We had this in ReCharge and Yotpo and it was really really handy for us to have from a CS perspective.
