When we were using Stamp’d, the review request emails included a form directly within the email. Customers could easily leave a review by selecting a star rating, adding a title, and writing their feedback - all in one seamless flow. Currently, the review flow email directs customers to the PDP, which isn’t ideal from a user experience perspective. It adds unnecessary steps and requires us to explain what they need to do next, increasing the likelihood of drop-off. Embedding the review form directly into the email significantly reduces friction and makes it easier for customers to complete their review. If fully embedding the form isn’t possible, an alternative could be allowing customers to select a star rating within the email, which then redirects them to a pre-filled form on a separate page to complete the review (see attached example). Thanks!
